Commercial work varies a lot in scope, so a day rate tends to suit most projects best - it gives flexibility without locking you into a package that doesn't quite fit. If you're not sure what you need, reach out and we can work it out together.

Spaces

Smaller property shoots - Airbnbs & single listings etc - are priced per shoot. Larger or architectural projects are better suited to a day rate, which allows time across multiple spaces, styling changes, and shifting light through the day.

EventCoverage

For community events and live launches, coverage is priced by the hour rather than a day rate - documenting the event as it unfolds, from setup through to key moments, speakers, and atmosphere. Let me know the run of the day and I can put together a coverage plan that fits.

  • A bit of decluttering goes a long way — clear surfaces, minimal personal items, and anything you'd want tidied out of frame put away beforehand.

  • Not usually — but if a particular room relies on natural light, it's worth flagging so we can plan around it.

  • For smaller property shoots it takes up to an hour. For larger architectural shoots a half or full day may work better.

  • Images are delivered within a fortnight. For events I work with you to make sure turnaround time suits your needs.
